Hi everyone -

my OT's charge for 97597 is denying CO4. Does anyone know if cms requires the GO & 59 mods, or neither mod, or just GO mod?

97597 - debridement (e.g. high pressure waterjet w/ or w/o suction sharp selective debridgement w/scissors, scalpel and forceps...
