Would it be appropriate to code 97597 in addition to an ED E&M for the following scenario:

Patient shut right middle finger in the door earlier today. X-ray showed no underlying fracture, just soft tissue swelling at the tip of the finger. Irrigated the wound copiously with sterile water. Then debrided it and cleaned off the dead skin. The underlying wound was very, very superficial, no more than 1 mm in depth. There is no significant laceration that needed suturing after cutting away the dead skin. There is no bleeding. There were no foreign bodies. I dressed it with bacitracin and then applied a dressing.
