Quick Coding question:

We have a scenario where a patient had 3 Different sites totaling 108 square centimeters for wound therapy.


It is my understanding that we would bill just the 97606 (total wound(s) surface area greater than 50 square centimeters) once? Or is it billed by site; then square centimeter?
