We have been getting payment with POS 10, for BCBS MN. I will say we held claims though and just started billing them out within the last 2-3 weeks, once we confirmed that their system was setup with the new codes.

Thank you. Our claim went out the door 01/10/25. I will see if it has now been set up correctly in their system.

If you're using 02 and 10 the POS should reflect the patient's location at the time of the encounter.

They are still asking for modifier 95. Have you tried modifier?
As off 2/14/2025 many payers decided they're not going to pay for new telehealth/virtual codes. I was advised to go back to billing OV codes with 95 modifier. I corrected all denials from 98xxx codes to OV,95 and got paid. I only received one payment from Aetna using 98xxx code.
