hello
i do have a question for all. if provider see patient and order labs but labs or blood were drawn by outside lab and outside lab perform the service in our building. then do we bill for 36415 and 99000 or lab will bill for those codes since we did not perform the service. please help :)
 
I do not have in-house laboratory in my facility. Blood is drawn in my office and send outside to laboratory for processing. Can I bill for Venipuncture (36415)?
