Wiki 99050 with E&M home visit codes?

Hello, Can you tell me if 99050 can be reported for services provided at home during weekend and holiday hours? I know that the description for 99050 is when services are provided in the office after hours or during holidays and weekends when the office is normally closed, and is used as an add-on code. The practice I work for mostly see their patients at home. The patients they see are complex disabled patients either physically, mentally or neurologically. If they have to visit one of those patients at home when the office is normally closed, can they report 99347, 99050 and the service they performed.

99050 is in office services only. It says that directly in the code description. CPT selection guidelines at the front of the book do not allow selection of code that approximates service provided:

Do not select a CPT code that merely approximates the service provided. If no such specific code exists, then report the service using the appropriate unlisted procedure or service code.
