We bill insurances 99050 for our after hours patients. Can we collect a fee up front (cash/credit card payment) instead of billing insurance? Some insurances pay and some we have to adjust off as a non covered charge. We would like to charge a flat rate for this service. With sick season in pediatrics in full swing, our providers are booked out until 7/730pm some nights.
