Wiki 99051 reimbursement - is it worth it?

Has anyone had much experience with this code? The practice I work for is in the DC Metro area.

We billed 99050 for our Saturday hours for a while, but we found reimbursements were minimal & patient dissatisfaction, when the charge went to their responsibility was high & ended up stopping the practice.

One of our doctors wants to consider using the 99051 now, but I am not sure if it will be any different of an experience than the 99050.

Thank you for anyone with insights the usage of this code.
