Wiki 99140 Denial with VA

Hi, would someone help me please?
I find little bits and pieces on line that 99140 is denied from the VA - because they bundle it with the primary procedure. I have one sitting in my work queue waiting for me to complete but I can't find a solid piece of documentation (proof), something worthy that I can print off and add to my denial folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

The VA follows Medicare guidelines but there is no specific provider manual on file. You can call the VA fee basis dept and ask for an email of the guidelines.
