Wiki 99152 for GI procedures

I'm having problems getting 99152 paid for GI procedures for commercial insurances. (For Medicare, I use the G0500.) The 99152 shows up as bundled even though it is not supposed to be. I've read some earlier threads about this. I was wondering if anyone has any advice. In earlier threads some recommended using a -59, but that doesn't seem like an accurate modifier to use. Are most insurances preferring the G0500 now? I've thought of trying that instead but the RVU's are lower...some providers might not like that. Any recommendations? Thanks :)
