Can our CNA's charge a level one office visit for ongoing medical treatment such as testosterone shots, b12 shots, allergy shots etc.?

No you may never charge a 99201 for ancillary personnel and you may not charge a 99211 for the purpose of administering an injection. You bill the injection admin code with the J code for the drug. The assesment by the physician has already been done to determine the necessity for the injection, the nurses time involved to give the inject is the administration code.
