I was an "expert" seminar, and was told Podiatrist cannot meet a 99204, because of the exam.

My Pods are also foot/ankle surgeons, they are limited to only foot and ankle. So far with what I have to work with, I have been unable to meet this.

Is anyone charging this level for podiatrist? Any tips....guidance

Can you re-write this post with a specific question? I'm having a hard time figuring out what you're looking for. Of course Podiatrists can meet the requirements of a 99204, either based on time or based on the key components. Sure the exam will focus on the feet, but it wouldn't be abnormal to document vitals/assessment of general appearance (constitutional), dermatological assessment (integumentary) including noting any ulceration, any deformities or derangement (musculoskeletal), sensation and reflexes (neurological), palpation of the posterior tibial and dorsalis pedis pulses (cardiovascular) among other systems that could easily be reasonably examined.
