What would justify billing 99205 and 90792 at the same time?

Thanks for the replies. I was asked that question without a lot of information given to me. I am new to mental health coding but I didn't think it could be billed right of the top of my head and only going by the brief descriptions I had available to me. Thanks again for clarifying that.
