Wiki 99211 for drug screen/urine sample

Can you bill for a nurse visit "99211" if the sole purpose for the patients visit is to pick up a RX at front desk- and give a urine sample? This is a pain management specialist, established patient.

No you would not be able to bill for this. Collection of UA is typically covered in the lab code. You cant bill for patient picking up their prescription. There must be an E&M component provided to bill this code
