No you cannot do this, a 99211 is not a nurse level it is a provider level, it is a level the provider is allowed to charge when a qualified medical personnel is the one seeing the patient and following physicians orders from a previous encounter. So you cannot charge two visits for the same physician on the same day and that is why you cannot charge a 99211 with another visit level.
