FQHC - Community Health Center. Elderly patient comes in to see RN to evaluate, clean, and redress wound. We can't bill 97602 - service doesn't qualify. Is it correct to bill a 99211? Vitals were taken, supplies were donated. Patient did not see provider, only RN.

Does it fall into a Global Period? then there is no charge. Otherwise I would bill for the nurses time...99211.
