Ok --- 99211 . Used in a nurse visit to give an injection WITHOUT the injection code? Or With? Physician can bill both the E/M and the injection code (and the drug), but nurse does only the 99211 and the drug? How do you answer the question of 'how' the drug gets into the patient if no injection code? Please advise....we're going nuts over here!! :eek:
