my office is trying to tell me to bill a 99211!! I have been told that has gone away when they did away with e/m guidelines 95/97 thoughts...... ( I work for family practice)

99211 has not gone away, we use this for a nurse visit. I think someone is confused with 99201, which did go away with the new 2021 guidelines.
