Hello,

My CMO is requesting an easy tool or cheat sheet to help new providers choose between a 99213 or 99214. Does anyone have anything like this? or can give me some pointers on creating my own. Something simple, if that's possible!?

Brown Consulting Associates use to have a cheat sheet he called an E/M Recipe Card. I am not sure if they still do but it might be worth an e-mail to them.
