I have an outpatient visit where the physician chose to use 99213 and G0463. Should these be used together? It is for an ENT visit and the clinic is in the hospital. Please advise. Any help is appreciated.

G0463 is a facility code.

In an outpatient clinic setting, the physician bills the E/M visit and the facility bills the clinic visit code.
