Cystic acne - improving on isotretinoin but not clear Continue Isotretinoin 40 mg twice daily for month 5. Reviewed possible risks and side effects. Continue gentle cleanser, non-comedogenic moisturizers, and sun protection/sunscreen. Reminded patient she will be unable to donate blood until after 30 days of final dose. UPT obtained in office is negative. 2 form of BC: OCP and condoms. Labs were not done this visit.
Follow up in one month or sooner if needed

What level would you code this @ a Dermatologist office.
