For 1997 guidelines - can the same area of pain be used to count a chronic condition to meet the criteria for HPI and MDM

Example: G89.29 Chronic pain
M51.16 Intervertebral disc disorders with radiculopathy, lumbar region
M99.63 stenosis of intervertebral foramina of lumbar region
M62.830 Muscle spasms of the back
