Help! Mom wants to come in the office to meet with the provider to discuss ADHD child but WITHOUT the child; could we bill 99212-99215?
According to CPT book, 99212-99215 face to face visit with patient AND/OR family.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

use any e&m code according to time.
99212-10 min,99213-15 min. 99214-25 min or 99215-40 min. md must note time spent in chart on discussion and what was discussed. lburke cpedc
