Is anyone else having trouble with their state Medicaid not paying for the new observation codes?
 
Medicaid code sets

I find our state Medicaid is incredibly far behind in updating their code sets. I haven't specifically noticed this group of codes being denied, because our practice doesn't use them, but I'm guessing if you looked, you might not find them in your state Medicaid code set.
