Wiki 99238 being denied to previous Inpt DOS

Inpatient 11/03/2010-11/06/2010

11/3 - CPT 58146 was performed (PAID)
11/4 - 99024
11/6 - 99238 (is being denied as included in 58146)

Can you pleas help?

I didn't look up the global days, but I would guess that 58146 has a 90 day global which means that the 99238 would be included in the global service and not separately payable.

99238 is (Hospital Discharge Day Management). I thought it was okay to bill for the discharge. Is that right or wrong?
