I've been trying to get a 99339 (Care Plan Oversight) to pay with no luck. I didn't know if anyone else has any other tips before just writing an appeal letter? The ins. company is denying stating that there is no face to face contact, however the Dr. has to spend time filling out tons of paperwork and revising their care plan. PLEASE HELP! :confused:

I'm having a similar problem. I also cannot find this code or 99340 in the Medicare fee schedule. May I ask how you determined your fee?
