One of our doctors has patient in a medically induced coma (peds pt 6yr old). He billed for a 99367 telephone confrence call. This is being denied by blueshield, pt also has medical. Blue Shield is denying stating they need a "remark code" is there a modifier or something that we could add to get them to pay?
