19yr old female had annual done. Original claim was sent with dx code Z00.01 but Wellcare denied stating "inappropriate dx code for age" so corrected claim w/ Z00.121 was submitted but still being denied due to "dx code invalid." I'm asking here before I appeal it. Any suggestions?

Wiki 99395 denied due to dx code Z00.121 invalid?

Z00.121 is for a child up to age 17 with abnormal findings so that one is not correct
Z00.01 is for an adult with abnormal findings, so that one should be correct
Did you add a dx code for what the abnormal findings are?
Other than that, I'm not seeing an issue. It could be denied for another reason and they coded the denial incorrectly. I've had that happen.
