Wiki 99395 denied due to V code

Good morning,

My Dr. was denied 99395 because he used V20.2 as a primary Dx. I thought you can use the V code when billing 99395.. Can someone please help me understand?
 
99395 is age adjusted for 18-39 and V20.2 is age adjusted for 0-17. So either your patient is 18 or over and you need to use the V70.0 dx code or your patient is under 18 and you need a different preventive code.
