pt is her for routine exam(pap) but also suffers from frequent urination but this problem was address in previous months with no success in resolving. My question is can i bill 99396 and 99212 because of the urination problem? The doc ordered TSH, Uric acid, comp metabolic panel, lipid panel and urine auto w/o microscope and final dx acute cystitis.
