Can 99408/99409 (Alcohol and/or substance (other than tobacco) abuse structured screening and brief intervention) be billed more than one time or only for the initial assessment?

Hi there, I'm not aware of any lifetime limits on the service, but I'm having trouble coming up with a scenario where the second one would be necessary. I think a second one would be rare.
