I've been looking into how to get reimbursed for EMDR in an office setting outpatient. So far, only 99417 has popped up, but it seems to only be covered along with high level codes like 99215. Has anyone seen 99417 being billed with 90837?
If not, are there specific documents and requirements we'd need to have for a client to be considered under 99215? We've never used anything beyond 90837.
