Has anyone had issues with Medica insurance denying 99417 when billed with 99215? I am wondering if they are wanting G2212 instead, weird thing is that they sometimes will pay 99417 and other times denying saying to check their reimbursment policy but when I look into that I am directed to look at prolonged care and there is no specific information. Thank you.
