can anyone confirm that modifier 95 is not used with this CPT. Also, how about POS 2?

You would not need the modifier because the code is for online digital evaluation. Only use the modifiers if you are billing regular em codes. 99201-99215 POS 2 - telehealth. Yes you would need that.
