Wiki 99463 when baby born day prior?

I am new to coding for newborn care, and need some guidance. Baby was born day 1, and hospital orders show baby admitted by delivering MD on day 1. There is not any record of normal newborn care that day. Day 2, pediatrician does the initial newborn care services and documents the care. Later that same day (day 2) the pediatrician does discharge services and documents that care. What CPT code applies to the care the Pediatrician gave on day 2?
