I am trying to help provide information on how to document everything needed for these services, can anyone please help?? I have looked at several different articles and my doctor is wanting as specific information as possible. Thank you!!
 
Hi Lanie:

Check out www.aafp.org and do a search for TCM. They have some great documentation info and worksheets there. The providers don't have to use the worksheets, but some may find it helpful (and some don't want the extra paperwork).
