I'm reading an example that where the history looks similar to the following:
"Susan is here today to screen for low iron. She has a history of anemia and simply wants to know if she should restart on iron pills. She states that there are no symptoms but she is traveling out of state in the next few months and may not have access to a doctor. Patient has no other complaints today."
I clearly have my reason for visit, but....what history points are here? I think I have "context" only here as in the patient has a history and won't have access to a doctor. Please help me understand this.
