Is this enough to consider this medication management without the MDM? We're debating- I code this as medication management - even if there's no MDM (to me testing, treatment are there) 99213
 
although the info is scant i can get a 99214 out of this one. 1 acute illness with systemic & rx drug mgt= 99214
