When billing for Kerecis and you have the invoice amount in box 19, does the charge amount must be the same?

I do not include the invoice amount in box 19........
That being said, things will vary slightly depending on what MAC you're dealing with (if your billing Medicare). I believe some MAC's do require that info into box 19, so that will require some digging on your end to find out the specifics of your MAC....
You should have been given some pricing info from Kerecis that you can reference as well.....or reach out to their reimbursement department directly for ASP info
