Would anyone know a code for an A4 Pulley release for adhesions. 26055 is for the A1 pulley. Also this patient did not have a trigger finger which makes this a little trickier. Dr. just made and incision to see if the FDS repair performed a while back was still in place. The repair was still in place so the dr. just released the A4 pulley.
