Endovascular repair of infrarenal aortic aneurysm was performed in conjuction with visceral debranching. I see their is a code for reimplatation, visceral artery to infrarenal aortic prosthesis (35697). When I look this code up on Custom Coder, it tells me that is used when the repair is done open. Anyone familar with this procedure?
 
What about 34800 (endovascular repair of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneursym or dissection; using aorto-aortic tube prosthesis)? I would need to read the op report, but I think this is the correct code range.
