Good morning all. I have a couple questions regarding the coding of AAA repair and would greatly appreciate any input.
The surgeon used a unibody bifurcated prosthesis (34804), however, he also states he used a suprarenal cuff. Is the cuff considered an extension device or is that included in the 34804?
Also, he did angioplasty of right and left iliac arteries. Am I correct in saying that these angioplasties would not be billable because the iliac arteries are within the target zone?
