We have a patient that has a DX of 441.4 (Abdominal Aneurysm without rupture). He has already had his screening Ultrasound (G0389) with Medicare. I am trying to determine if we request an Ab US, 76700 with DX 441.4 if it will be covered by Medicare. I can't find an LCD or NCD for this CPT code. I am in Arizona, MAC J3...Help! Thank you!!
