Endovascular repair AAA co-surgeon - how to code 38404 -62, 75952-62, 34825-62, 75953-62 and 37220-62. Keep getting error message that this will not go through. What other modifiers should be added?

The 34825 and 37220 are bundled. It's hard to say, but a modifier 59 may be appropriate depending on the documentation.
