Is there a place or person in AAPC or the training dept. to report obvious errors and questions to? Following are the obvious errors found.

1. Diabetes Webinar ? Case #4 with Diabetic Ulcer of heel and toe ? Correct code for the diabetic neuropathy is E11.40 not E10.40. Diabetes Type I is not documented.

2. Ear Webinar ? Example ? Meniere?s Disease ? Correct code is H81.01 not H81.0 ? 5th digit is missing

3. Wounds ? Case 1, laceration to the right thigh. The correct answer is S71.121A not S71.12XA. The placeholder of X is not needed
 
I have reported errors found in the specialty practice exams through the "Contact Us" link on the AAPC website. They have always responded timely and updated their material.
