We are requesting 2:1 services for a client. With other clients we just have both Behavior Technicians bill 97153, but Kaiser is saying we need to bill 0373T, which we haven't before. I asked a clarifying question about whether we bill that code 1 time or if both technicians bill it. Do we bill the 0373T in addition to the regular 97153 for therapy or do we bill 0373T for each provider?
