Wiki ABA Code G0177 ?

Does anyone know the correct way to calculate the units/time for code G0177? The CPT-4 Code description states the session is "45 minutes or more". At what point does it become 2 or more units per day? Example-If a patient is treated for 2 1/4 hours (135 minutes) is this billed as 2 units or 3 units (45 minutes x 3=135 minutes) ?
