New to behavioral health ...
We have a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) that will begin seeing patients and performing ABA services. I am not having great luck in deciphering what code set should be used. Also, carrier sites vary in the codes they do list and/or they state ABA services are considered investigational/experimental. We are in Florida and FCSO (First Coast Service Options) is our Medicare carrier.
Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
