Good morning,
Hoping to get some help on an abbreviation. Physician states "c/f heart failure". Does this mean "clinical findings of heart failure"? If that's the case, is this a definitive diagnosis of heart failure? Since he's not coming right out and saying heart failure, it's throwing me off.
