Our physician did a Abdominal aortic run off with bilateral lower extremity angiography

I have codes 75630 and 36200. Does anyone know if I am missing another code and modifiers? I do not code these procedures.

Thanks

Yes, if complete angiogram and run-off is performed from a single catheter position. If coding for professional, CPT 75630 needs modifier 26.

It makes a difference in the coding if the provider does an aortogram and then moves the catheter down to the bifurcation to do a bilateral lower extremity run off study.
Coding would be 36200, 75625 and 75716
